We supply 30 types of ice makers ranging from
20kg to 500kg per day and also design as the customers’ specific
requirement on appearance, environment etc. Most types of ice machines
have been listed by CE, CB, UL, CUL, KTL, ETL etc.
- Outer dimension options: 22mm, 29mm, 36mm and 41mm - Longer melting time than flake ice - High suitability for transportation - Tube Ice Machines are suitable for refrigerant R22 and R717
- Interiors constructed from quality, non-corrosive materials to eliminate rust and contamination. - Stainless steel external cladding enables use in any environment. - Stationary vertical evaporator to prevent leaking seals. - Polyurethane insulation to restrict heat transfer and eliminate water penetration.
Plate ice
machines have two evaporator plate types; aluminium alloy and stainless
steel. Plate ice evaporators adopt direct expansion systems and use
R-22, R507A, R404A {inconsistent info, see below} or ammonia as the cooling medium.
Our ice
merchandisers are designed to give you the highest quality in looks and
performance to suit your ice needs. Snowkey Australia offer both indoor
and outdoor ice merchandise along with rooftop freezer units.
Every product in the range has been designed and engineered to perform
in Australian conditions as well as meeting the highest energy efficient
ratings.
Hot gaseous refrigerant in the coil exchanges heat to spray water and
air outside the coil, being cooled into liquid. The draught fan produces
extra forced air that enables spray water to cover
the coil surface thoroughly, thus resulting in remarkable improvement
in heat-exchange performance. While spray water and air absorbs heat, the
water partly turns into vapor due to its increased temperature.
